Who Am I?
I'm known as Mellow online and Kit IRL and I use he/they. On social media, I'm know for posting awareness, acceptance, support, comfort, personal experiences, my pets, and so on.
Shipping & Currency?
I can only accept USD, but I'm willing to ship to other countries, your shipping cost will however likely be high.
Broken Products?
If any product you order comes in broken, I can do one of two things, I can send a full refund or I can send a replacemeant of the product for free. I can only do one and you must provide proof of damage.
Restock?
Due to my disabilities, especially if a product is selling well, it may take some time to restock items, but I will get to it ASAP.
Request?
If you request a product type that I have not made, I may not be able to make it, but I will likely take it into consideration, if it's a product type I have (like a new kandi pattern), I will likely add it to the shop.
